Such a magical and soothing place

Today's agenda... going for a winter walk/hike in old growth forest. I need to touch grass (well ferns and mosses most likely) and do some forest bathing. Yesterday was just the start of a long road of trying to survive and thrive despite everything going on around me.

The minimalist picture has frozen ice layer covering the top half of the picture, and featureless water surface covering the bottom one. A dark line created by the shadow of the ice rim divides the two area with a straight line.

I have pretty much the same camera. The focus and appreciation of each picture is highlighted with film. Also, the effect on selecting the right developer (I use Tmax100 and Xtol to minimise grain) adds an extra dimension.
