GitHub - mattcorey/agent-scripts: Collection of utility scripts for development workflows Collection of utility scripts for development workflows - mattcorey/agent-scripts

I spent some time finally wrapping xcodebuild with scripts that build/test, and exposes any failures in obvious ways

This is a work in progress, but so far it seems like a big win, and it's able to more seamlessly loop without require any input 🀞

Boy, is Claude going to be pissed when I tell them what the real timeline is going to look like…

Claude Code's existential crisis of the day - when unit tests crash (rather than just fail), xcodebuild seems to report all tests that didn't run as failures, sending the agent on a while goose chase.

Anyone figured out how to reliably tell the difference between a failing test and a crash?

Try looking at toolbarColorScheme. I think I have some code that uses this - I can look for it tomorrow (might need a reminder πŸ˜€)

The new sheet view in iOS 26 works really well in a small detent size

Looks like a perfectly placed floating capsule while small, but grows smoothly as you extend it to the other sizes, complete with automatically shifting transparency levels. Super nice!

Yeah, it must be - I didn’t even read it closely enough originally to realize it was macOS focused. I just plugged it in, and it worked :)

I've hit the 5-hour Claude Code limit on two consecutive days - first time it's happened in weeks. I don't think my usage has been any higher than it was last week, and 'ccusage' agrees.

Yesterday, they announced new limits that would be applied next month. Coincidence?

Anyone else see this?

People are generating whole apps with AI - meanwhile Xcode AI autocomplete is over here mis-spelling the word 'seconds' πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ

Who designs these phone systems that takes more than 2 minutes to confirm your identity, and forwards you to a line that just says "All of our lines are busy, please call back after some time", and hangs up?

Did anyone use this before paying money for it, and subjecting their customers to it?

Question - is iOS 26, is there a programmatic way to detect which window is the active window? It doesn't appear the `onChange(of: scenePhase)` fires in this case, but I'm hoping there's something else I can listen for…

TIL all about Git Worktrees. So now I'll have multiple Claude Code branches active on the same repository at any given time, and kiss my sanity goodbye πŸ€ͺ

Xcode’s been doing this to me on and off for the past year. It used to be that it was connected wirelessly (even when plugged in), but no idea what the cause is now

Hey, good news! It turns out if you put an Inspector inside of a NavigationSplitView, when you hide the sidebar, the 'Toggle Sidebar' button goes flying off the top of the screen! πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ

Has anyone had success using the new '.tabViewBottomAccessory' in a way that's specific to the tab you're actually using?

#SwiftUI seems to require that this modifier be applied to the outside of your TabView, which means it's really appropriate for global controls - this seems barely useful to me.

These screenshots all have the inspector minimized, I'm realizing after posting - expanding the inspector still keeps the same wonky coloration
