If you have ways to get out of the city and like hiking, there are a bunch of great spots all around Rainier. If you're heading to north bend, rattlesnake ridge is one I've done a bunch. If you're able, I'd highly highly recommend Mt St Helens. The landscape is really unique because of the eruption

If you like getting outdoors, there are a few nude beaches, I like Howell and Pt Wells (though the latter is a bit outside the city). Denny Blaine is also popular but there's a lot of ongoing issues and no one quite knows how things will shake out.

The gayborhood is Capitol Hill, that's where most of the gay bars are. Several different bars depending on the vibe you're chasing, I personally go to CCs and the Cuff a lot, though the best place to be really depends on what you're looking for and what events are happening

Touristy spots to hit are pike place market and museum of pop culture. Touristy spots to skip are the first Starbucks and, imo, the space needle. You can walk all the way up to the base to see it for free and that's cool, I don't think it's very worth to go inside
