Stepped out in the schlubbiest of ensembles to do a quick grocery run, and ran into a friend who wins the poetics of the day award for saying I looked like "a Gibson girl in a William Gibson novel".

what no one seems to talk about is that when you go through periods of intense, emotional insight happening consecutively in a shorter amount of time, it's fucking exhilarating and ridiculously exhausting. each realisation that threatens to really stick is like a lightning bolt to the cortex.
