my favorite recipes are always cook everything in one pot or pan with some broth or water

doing another arroz meloso because the one i made for thanksgiving was loved so much. this is gonna be potatoes, mushrooms, onion, garlic, red and green pepper, carrot, artichoke, grated tomato, white beans cooked with albuferan rice in vegetable broth with saffron and pimenton.
