27.02.2026 21:35 β π 6 π 1 π¬ 0 π 0Would be nice if United Artists actually went back to being owned by actual artists.
27.02.2026 21:34 β π 10 π 1 π¬ 1 π 0I wouldnβt be entirely surprised to learn that people who spend much of the year in the United States would sign this, though I am curious to know if the signers are all actually from Alberta.
22.02.2026 01:46 β π 22 π 3 π¬ 2 π 0I sometimes think that the IOC, FIFA, and the Trump regime are in a competition over which can be more corrupt. At this point I have Trump in the gold medal position with FIFA close on his heels in silver and the IOZ in the bronze position but getting a second wind and determined to catch up.

So honouring members of your country murdered by foreign invaders on your helmet is forbidden and gets you kicked up, but wearing a hat and promoting the corrupt project of a corrupt president is just fine.

I wonder how the separatists would feel about official canvassers bringing the Forever Canada to their workplace?

17.02.2026 00:16 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Agreed. This wasn't really surprising at all, though it is still a bit jarring to read.
17.02.2026 00:08 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0It appears to be a journalist named Tiffany Burns who died in 2024.

17/17 So, yeah.
Can't say that my skin isn't crawling right now.
16/17 As to the journalist in question, she appears to be Tiffany Burns who died in 2024. "The Calgary Herald" provides the reciepts.

15/17 Finally there is a later mention in 2014 about a blog that the individual ran.

14/17 And in yet another there was a message to Epstein inviting him to a charity dinner in Edmonton.
The journalist, at the time, worked for the CBC.
13/17 In another exchange there was a discussion about polo and an apparent invitation to the island.
16.02.2026 23:04 β π 5 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0
12/17 In the exchange the journalist also says that they have been able to find the infamour island and replying "nice going!"
There is no indication the journalist was aware of what was happening on the island, though I have to imagine they knew at least part of the reson why he was in prison-ish.
11/17 We of course now know why he had such access.
www.pbs.org/newshour/sho...
10/17 This exchange is significant since it seems clear that the journalist was well aware that Epstein had been convicted and was, in fact, in contact with him while he was, theoretically at least, in custody as the journalist is surpised Epstein has Internet access.
16.02.2026 23:04 β π 8 π 0 π¬ 1 π 09/17 Epstein appears to have been in contact with an Edmonton-based journalist who was in contact with Epstein regarding a documentary he or she (most likely a she) had produced. The journalist was enquiring if Epstein had yet watched the documentary. Epstein notes he was in custody at the time.
16.02.2026 23:04 β π 8 π 1 π¬ 2 π 08/17 I suppose it wouldn't be too much of a surprise that a wealthy slimeball would be interested in expanding his financial holdings, but then there is the connection he had with people who actually live (or lived) in the province.
16.02.2026 23:04 β π 5 π 0 π¬ 3 π 07/17 For example in February 2016 it looked like Epstein was interested in the Alberta real estate market.
16.02.2026 23:04 β π 10 π 1 π¬ 1 π 06/17 There were not many references to each of the Alberta cities and most of those that were in the files were again related to each city as a layover before flying elsewhere, but there were a few that really jumped out at me.
16.02.2026 23:04 β π 7 π 1 π¬ 1 π 0
5/17 This also begs the question as to why a convicted sex offender was allowed into the country.
But as interesting as these references were, I found the connections related to Calgarty and Edmonton to be most interesting and disturbing.
4/17 And...

3/17 For example:
cheknews.ca/island-conne...
2/17 I did a search of various cities. Vancouver shows up the most atr over 1400 references, Montreal second, and Toronto third. Most of these are in reference to travel arrangements through the cities to other locations, however there were also deeper connections.
16.02.2026 23:04 β π 8 π 1 π¬ 1 π 01/17 I finally decided to search the released Epstein files. I was mostly interested in reading about Steve Bannon's relationship with Epstein (the word "close" doesn't seem to be suffient a descriptor) but because I'm Canadian I decided to see if the Epstein had connections to thos country.
