Trump asks Supreme Court to overturn judge blocking deportations under Alien Enemies Act A federal judge temporarily blocked the deportation of alleged members of Venezuela's crime gang Tren de Aragua, which Trump wants to overturn.

Today, the Trump administration asked the Supreme Court to lift the temporary restraining order blocking it from unlawfully deporting immigrants under the Alien Enemies Act.

We're calling on the court to reject this request and prevent the Trump administration from circumventing the law.
