Some features can be helpful for accessibility e.g. if you can control them from your phone, but it's usually a waste of money and resources. I knew someone who had Spotify on his fridge. Why? You already have a computer, ipad, and phone.

I don't want my fridge to have a camera or Wi-Fi. I don't want my dishwasher to be smart. I don't want my washing machine to text me.

In fact, I kinda miss knobs and dials and knowing big appliances would last 20 years and could still be repaired.

If you ever find yourself saying "No one who works 40 hours a week deserves (to go homeless, to go hungry, etc)" just deleted the "who works 40 hours a week" part.

Disabled people don't deserve to go hungry. Children don't deserve to go hungry. Seniors and the elderly do not deserve to go hungry.

Only one Aldi in my town has cycle parking. I have to chain my bike to the railings at the front of the other one.

I live there too! I thought you couldn't recycle them but maybe I'm wrong?

Maybe it depends on the type or where you are?

My new one can't easily be taken apart so I can't just get a refill.

A person may use a wheelchair because they cannot stand or walk at all.

A person may use a wheelchair because they cannot walk for long distances.

A person may use a wheelchair because they are recovering.

A person may use a wheelchair due to fatigue.

These reasons are all valid.
