Literally like the "belly of the whale" or "abyss" part of the traditional hero's journey is a thing for a reason, it is a very fascinating and effective visual tool that portrays 👏 vulnerability 👏 shock 👏 and even intimacy and I fucking love non-kink vore it's so chef's kiss 👌

Would love to do something about vore being more than just a kink thing, about how it's used in storytelling and media for things like shock value, moments of vulnerability/defeat, etc, as it's far more than just a kink for me personally and I feel like no one really talks about it in that context

-and I found him to be very helpful in deconstructing the last of my subconscious religious thoughts and defining a lot of my beliefs today. Can't recommend him enough, even just as a source of entertainment. He's mainly on YouTube.

One person I really like watching for his viewpoint on religious dogma is Forrest Valkai, he's a biologist who challenges religious viewpoints (mainly on creationism, but he does have some good videos on sex, gender etc). He's very welcoming to people with religious upbringings -

Even better. A good angle to see it from is that if something did create the world, sex is a major part of what drives life and evolution, so why would it care what we're doing with it? The only people who care are humans with nothing better to complain about.

It's a shame but I won't have anyone risk a privacy breach on my accord. Hope they get their heads out of their asses, but we'll just have to wait and see how things unfold.

Update regarding the plans for a Discord server -
I'm sure you've heard by now that Discord is jumping on the hypersurveillance bandwagon, so for now plans for my server have been paused until either Discord comes to their senses or something else takes its place. (Continued in comments)

I've been able to let go of the shame pretty much completely but it does take time. There are plenty of resources out there for people in your situation and you're most definitely not alone.

Even though I wasn't raised in as harsh of a religious environment I kind of imposed those beliefs on myself about sex and identity and became kind of a bigot and hurt people around me. It was to the point of psychosis. Deconstructing was the best thing I could do for myself. (Continuing)

I'm not sure how you're aligned religiously but if you're leaning more atheist nowadays I highly recommend looking into deconstructing. Even if you still want to hold belief in some way you can still deconstruct or reconstruct without giving up belief entirely. (Continuing)
