Despite my calm, collected demeanor, I sometimes wrestle with my own inner demons.

Time is not linear.
It doesn’t go along on a steady course like a road from New Orleans to New York. It has no beginning and it has no end, nor is it the same to one person as it is to another, nor to two planets or a million stars. It is different in all circumstances. It is relative.

We shouldn’t fear the unknown. It is is the unknown that defines our existence. We are constantly searching, not just for answers to our questions, but for new
questions.
We are explorers.

Today, at 13:00 hrs, Worf walked into OPS sporting a shockingly red mane of hair. When asked about it, his only response was that “Today was a good day to dye.”

He smiled.

“It was my pleasure, and an honor. Just stay vigilant. I’d hate to see a revived totalitarian Terran Empire swooping in to fill the gap left by the Alliance.”

“Apologies, Intendant. I trust you’re enjoying your time here?”

Perception clouded by a slowly dissipating fog of disorientation, he offers a noncommittal nod.
