MassWildlife program embraces paraplegic hunters - The Boston Globe When Fred Baker fractured his spine in a motorcycle accident in 2009, one of his first thoughts was how he would continue his hobbies like skiing, motorcycling, fishing — and hunting.

Everyone deserves the opportunity to connect with nature through outdoor recreation! 🦌

Each year, #MassWildlife staff + volunteers bring hunters with paraplegia together for a special, three-day deer hunt. This year, 18 hunters participated statewide.
