I've been paying for auto insurance, Texas mandated mind you, for 30 years. I've had two very minor accidents and collected on hail damage three times.
By this logic I only should have paid for four years of insurance or I should have gotten a refund for years with no claims.

I feel bad for all those soldiers. They go to all that work to get the parade their commander in chief ordered and hardly anyone shows up. It isn't even covered on TV.

Student Visa You must have a student visa to study in the United States. Your course of study and the type of school you plan to attend determine whether you need an F visa or an M visa.

In order for a foreign student to go to Harvard, or any other school in the US, they have to have a Student Visa. Perhaps someone in the White House could ask the State Department for a list of students who that will be attending Harvard? travel.state.gov/content/trav...
