I put patients into MRI machines without giving them a risk assessment for metal fragments or implants.

Immigrants, disabled people, trans people - he is throwing minorities under the bus to appeal to the far right. He has to not only change the rhetoric, he has to demonstrate he upholds rights through action.

In astro, we got around this by using neg results as a method of determining upper limits, e.g. for the amount of gas in a planetary atmosphere.
