I actually played Wii Fit once or twice at two different cousins' houses back in the day and I remember having fun with some of the minigames; the game calling me overweight and using BMI as a legitimate metric and the game not actually being a very useful or effective way of staying fit aside.

Bought a Wii Balance Board online in the year of our lord 2026 because curiosity and autism got the best of me and I wanna try Super Monkey Ball Step & Roll, and Wii Fit.

Camelot having developed Golden Sun and Shining Force games outside of their sports games makes me wonder if there's a lot of overlap between RPG fans and sports fans in Japan. Maybe there is all over the world too and I'm just not aware.
