Turning 52 in a few days. Last few bdays have gone by quick/without much thought but for some reason, I feel more antsy & restless this time around.

There's a LOT of reasons to avoid McD's, but this isn't one of them.
The fault/blame lays with a state - if the state declares to lower the flags, then everyone is supposed to. Of course one can ignore, but that does put the business into a bind - its safer for them to comply.
