Can it just not attack via pelvic thrusts this time? That’s all I ask!

Mostly protein and fat. These particular salmon patties, however, have things like bread crumbs as binders giving it total net carbs of 15g.

Apparently I’m eating too many carbs at night and not enough in the morning. So my salmon patty gets cut in half. The other half to be eaten in the morning.

Break time’s over. Time to get back to saving.

Ran out of mushrooms and one of my diet apps said I was having too much fat so I’ve cut cream.
So my clam chowder is more of a… clam vegetable soup.
