I'm doin' the best I can with the minimal information I have. I'd rather staff up and not need it than be understaffed have people be swamped and exhausted.

2 kidney transplants in progress, one fresh kidney, 3-4 pre-ops coming, 2 coming back for rejection, 2 in E.D. who need beds (one urgently), 3-6 discharges. Staff up? Hold beds? Who is coming when, staff and patients? Charge #nursing is hard. I'm beat. Everyone is alive and well. I want to crash.

Age verification? If I did all my physical therapy exercises each day, I wouldn't have time for much else.

For not having done much training, it was fun to participate in a small sprint #triathlon again. Swim was good. Bike was good. Run was terrible... but I still beat my kid, though I imagine I won't be doing that for many more years.
