Last night I woke up twice from strange dreams.

In the second I was given a surprise hug from the human sized armadillo in my daughter’s room. It was one of the three who we had been housing while looking for pet owners.

Upon waking by up, I realised it was actually a Pangolin.

More domestic issues

When the extension to our house was built, it was built directly over the main manhole cover

So now we have to pull up the floor of our kitchen to get to it. A floor put in a year ago after we had to replace the entire flooring on the ground floor after a flood

Woke up to find there’s about 10cm of water in our bathroom (which is sunken) this morning with water pouring out and we can’t find the stop cock.
