Thank you! the ganglion I have is thankfully small, with the torn ligament being the most pressing issue. hoping i can avoid surgery with the physio i’ve been told to try.

anyway, yeah i went to see another hand specialist with my mri about a week ago and on top of the ganglion/tfcc tear, i have a torn ligament. which is not great news. options right now are focused physiotherapy for a couple of months hoping for pain management, and if that doesn't work, surgery. 🫠

got an mri of my wrist done. turns out i have a small ganglion cyst and a TFCC tear. observing how the injury progresses for now since it doesn't seem to be grave enough for surgery but... it's not great news... 🫠
