Celebrated my six month anniversary at work yesterday. Bought my flights to Florida today. Mike Farrell is alive and well. The world is burning but at least those three good things happened this week.

I was worried my 1RPM for bench had diminished significantly since I am restarting my program. Today I was only 5lbs shy of my previous 1RPM and I think that’s only because I did a lot of testing weight before trying the 1 rep. Suck it Macks.
