My doctor told me i need to start taking care of my stress level and get on meds. All my stuff is spiked. Every time they take my pulse/heart rate its always bad. I was diagnosed with being malnourished/dehydrated. All thanks to depression.

The events of this month didnt help, MDD hit hard😭💔

I remember as a kid, the first time i ever stayed up to midnight was because i *almooooost* finished Sonic The Hedgehog 2 and my brother convinced my parents to let me keep playing until i finished it. It would have been the first time i completed the game 🤣
