It took me an embarrassingly long time to figure out who those mysterious authors are. When I read the first zine I was genuinely like "Wow, they really draw like Yuko!"

Reminds me of the time a kid (like 9yo) stood at my table and read the entirety of TMK vol 1 and SNEEZED IN IT and put it back. The mom asked if he wanted it and I think he said no but she bought it anyway, thankfully.

I may have told this story before but I still remember it so strongly!! lol

The first page of tmkcomic.com was posted on October 31st, 2009. No particular reason for that except the whole first chapter was done and I wanted to post it lol.

Soon the comic will be old enough to drive...

We have successfully terminated the contract with Hiveworks and Seven Seas, and 7S is going to have a final sale with the remaining copies of Tigers book one! My parents are in the UK on vacation and 1) stopped at a candy store and 2) visited the museum. My mom sent photos of the candy machine and some mummies, but her phone sent them in the wrong order.

I would not be surprised if there were/are candies made of mummies but I dunno how good they'd smell.

Oh my GOD there's a Folio Society edition of Neil Price's "The Children of Ash and Elm" and I WANT IT.

This is, without a doubt, the best book on the Vikings I have read so far. If you only read one, this should be it.

I think I need to stop selling only TMK stuff for sure tho. Maybe only sell the comics and make prints or zines or stickers that stand on their own. We will have to see!

If I'm being totally honest tho, it was kind of an "eh" show in terms of sales. I barely made my table. The last time I tabled at SPX was 9 years ago and I did much better, so I dunno if my location was iffy or people are (understandably) less free with their cash or something else entirely.

SPX is over! It was over hours ago but I was tired (still am lol). I want to give a huge thank you to everyone who stopped by, especially long-time readers! I was too late to buy a few things I wanted but I still had a good time. My table neighbors were stellar too!
