but theyre willing to try things and found a recipe thats closer to a risotto that they love! My husband hates the texture of onions, but i found blending/mincing them gets rid of that problem! Try smoothies, freeze dried, baked, anything!
Just be lenient with yourself and give yourself lots of love

Something ive been doing as my own disability gets worse is reward yourself for even doing the smallest thing. You cant function like everyone else and thats okay. You’re not them. They have their own problems to deal with that you dont. Take baby steps and know that its okay to take your time.
