A slightly hazy beer in a tall beer glass with a nice layer of foam on top of it.
First bottle opened! Bitter, but not melt-your-face bitter! Lovely west coast aroma - a little bit green mind you but IPAs are better fresh. Voss does an absolutely great job in this dry hoppy beers.

A pot on the stove with a sous vide stick. The content of the pot is the mash, the first stage of beer brewing, in which grains are kept in water at a certain temperature to extract starches and convert those to sugars.
Voss Kveik West Coast IPA on the way! I'm going for a clean and hoppy IPA with CITRA and Cascade. Grist is Golden Promise, caramalt and cara clair. Aiming for the low 6% in alcohol and gonna try dry hopping while fermentation is active. #homebrewing
