That's a silly argument. The NHS has buildings it chose to pay for as it goes along instead of up front. Nothing to do with paying salaries of medical staff.

But it also communicates that just knowing someone is autistic only gives you a limited handle on what strengths, weaknesses and blindspots they might have, because the spectrum is so wide.

I checked and it is actually LibreOffice that I use, I misremenbered. A little bit of a learning curve if you are used to MS Office, but close enough to figure it out. I use its equivalents of Word, Powerpoint and Excel.

I reckon end stage capitalism plus environmental breakdown makes inevitable a shift to the extreme right, a looking inward and demonisation of others. This has already begun. Democracy is unable to fix that because self interest overrides the long view when under pressure.

The USA needs a complete revision of its values. Trump is just a symptom.
