Xerikzs lore facts, starting now!

He has never eaten authentic foods. A lot of foods within his time period are cheap synthesised versions. However, a dark truth of the Dartaoulian rooftops is that the deceased often end up being recycled. Both for parts and meat. It is the closest to real meat they get.

Human-made music exists within his universe, though it is otherworldly and comes from Human colonies upon his planet. This in turn means that, yes, he's a Sleep Token fan, canonically (though they have been dead for a couple thousand years).

He was never trained in firearm use or safety. He studied gunmen from the shadows to understand how to appropriately handle firearms. To add, his Chiappa Rhino, "Lazarus", was something his digital ghost guided him to. It was found in the rubble of a half-collapsed skyuscraper.

They canonically die age 47. Notice the use of "they" and not "he". Cause of death is left ambiguous, but it was quick and painless, if that's of any consolation.

His birth name is not known, not even to himself. His forename was given by his friends. His surname was chosen by himself after reading discarded science books. The alias of "Stick" was given by rival gangs, as he was often a "stick in the works", jamming operation fluency.

In the native language of his world (Auaetia), "Xerik" means "twin souls" or "twin spirits", and in some contexts can be used to describe someone who is haunted, be it by guilt, regret, or a ghost. Xerikzs' name is an extension of this word, given by friends, not family.

He has never seen deep water. He doesn't even know oceans, lakes, and rivers exist. It's not taught on the rooftops, because citizens of the rooves rarely ever see the ground, let alone touch it. He does not know how to swim.

Xerikzs is selectively, and secretly, affectionate. He falls asleep easily with someone else nearby. But he also likes to lean on someone to sleep. He does not disclose reasons for why. He will almost always cease such actions if questioned.
He also really likes chin scritches.

Xerikzs is 36 years old at the time of his story. In the original posted image of this thread, that is him aged 36! My original reference sheet is him at the age of 24. My updated one is aged 31.

Xeri was born on the rooftop slums of Dartaoul City. Despite common earth ideology, the rooftops of Dartaoul are actually the poorer sections of cities. The ground is where the rich live.
Xeri learned a lot of free-running skills, inspired heavily by Mirror's Edge.

Xeri's lore is incredibly heavily inspired by the plot from Cyberpunk 2077 in which V's mind is being overtaken by an experimental data device designed to overwrite memory.
His left eye is cybernetic and is slowly overwriting him. He sees a digital ghost of a blue dragon.

His species is identified as an "Arcadian Kurzsic Dragon". This is an evolved species of Kurzsic Dragon from my previous lore series, however, they live in the skyscrapers rather than the sunderdark! Arcadia was once a bussling heaven for life, but in the dark future became poor.

He's mute! Kinda. Xerikzs does not talk. He pracitcally always wears a partial gasmask, and doesn't talk to anybody. Body gestures are his main form of communication. He *can* talk, he just chooses not to. He sings, though! Which people question a ton when they hear.

Xerikzs has neuropathy and osteoperosis. Because of this, he has some internal cybernetics and endoskeleton modifications ("chrome", if you will) and auto-injectors which need refilling once a fortnight. Some parts are visible on the outside (knuckles, spine, left eye etc)
