it feels like i'm waking up incredibly slowly whenever im coming out a long period of brain fog and fatigue. i feel like ive been in an extended and slowed down version of morning grogginess for the past few days. half due to being able to eat regularly again and half the temperature dropping.

1. The government is now shut down. The clean continuing resolution failed and neither party has come to an agreement.

im gonna rest knowing no one is waiting for the chance to throw me out. im gonna start living now that we've survived all of this. gonna to try and share more of me with people again too- i think ive been very closed off and afraid this year. not myself. i wanna meet the me that's free and happy.

it sucks that so many people in my life have thrown that tiny dream back in my face but i'm still here. i'm going to make cute little lunches for my husband to take to work, im going to work on music and little crafts when i have the energy and health for it

idk what the lesson is here tbh other than like?? we made it out of there and things are finally starting to look up again and that's... i guess the closest thing to revenge we can get lmao. i just wanna live a life. i just want a home and people who care about me and who i can care for too.

i took a risk on a friend of a friend after my father failed me, that in a less desperate and mentally/physically unwell place i would never have taken. the friend who connected us even warned me about this guy in advance but it was the only lead i had so i took it.

i guess the only reason im typing this out is to reassure myself a little that this did happen and it was batshit and unfair. i have to rely a lot on the kindness and care of other people as someone with severe cfs/me and a bunch of other health conditions.

the second guy who kicked me out gave so many conflicting reasons including that i wasn't asking for help enough or communicating with him enough despite only ever talking over me completely or straight up pretending i didn't exist whenever we were in the same room??

and then turn around and berate you and throw you back out for... daring to still exist and actually taking them up on it without like... idk becoming suddenly abled and cured??

the thing people don't tell you is that when you aren't financially independent and you're disabled as shit people love to offer to help you for an ego trip

can't sleep and my brain has circled back to like. i genuinely can't believe how fucked it is that two seperate cis white dudes kicked me out this year within like three months. both my dad and the friend of a friend who offered me a room.
