Any ICE presence or activity within our lands is not authorized, not welcome, and will be addressed. Unauthorized personnel will be escorted off our lands.

This letter was just posted by the chairman of the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe in North/South Dakota:

“Our Nation is a sovereign government and our members are not immigrants. We are not subject to immigration enforcement on our own lands.”

Omg. I just had my house stolen from me and didn’t find out until I sold it and the title company tried to close TODAY. Some LLC from CA filed an injunction and I had no idea. And there is nothing I can do about it.

I literally just posted about my house being taken hostage without my knowledge by some company in CA. I was supposed to close on selling it yesterday and found out there’s an injunction filed saying I can only sell to them. No money, no notary. Nothing from them. Nothing.

I’m baffled that in Maricopa County a company can take a document that’s not notarized and file an injunction on your home saying you cannot sell to anyone else except them. And the county doesn’t notify you. So you sell your home and find out on closing day that you’re being held hostage.
