When Julia Fiedler saw that a crosswalk was needed, she went to write her ANC Commissioner. Only, there wasn't one. But there is now! Yesterday, CM Allen swore her in as the new Commissioner for ANC 6E04 after a special election. She joins other great public leaders who volunteer to serve Ward 6.
