You have to log into another character, go to the menu, click support, and choose character stuck service. Same thing happened to me and a friend and this fixed it right away

They’ve kinda completely gutted the class in the sense that they the timer for enochian, you no longer have to maintain it by swapping ice/fire.. so the insane ppl like me who enjoyed keeping track of like 3 timers at once were devastated. I’d give my liver to get EW blm back 😔

Idk why i found the high risk high reward play style so satisfying and addicting (post 70 anyway lmaoo), it was also very punishing so it made getting it right and not losing enoch feel very good. and i just like to see big number.
