Pyre has always been a labor of love—built by passion, late nights, and the support of so many incredible writers, readers, and artists. But times are tough, and I can’t afford to sustain it right now. This isn’t necessarily goodbye forever. Maybe, someday, Pyre will rise again in another form...

Pyre Magazine Closing Announcement

It’s hard to write this, but here goes: Pyre Magazine will be closing down at the end of this month.

Despite my hopes to reopen submissions and expand, the truth is that I simply don’t have the time, energy, or resources to keep it going.
