They approved billions of dollars to install the chargers and due to red tape built into the process of getting them installed, failed to install many. Funding was approved and it still didn’t happen in many cases. That is a fail in my book. I make no political statement about it.

Maybe read the article. They matter because you need chargers to charge the electric motorcycles (and other EVs). Part of the issue with owning electric motorcycles is that there are not enough public charging stations. It’s just part of the problem but it’s a major one.

The KTM 790 Adventure And 790 Duke Were Cut From The US Lineup | Wind Burned Eyes Due to tariffs, the KTM 790 Adventure and 790 Duke will no longer be sold in the USA. They're a global effort to make and don't make sense for the US.

Another casualty of tariffs.

If you search for the bike specifically it comes up. But if you go to KTM’s homepage, it’s not listed with the other bikes. At any rate, folks, if you want a new 790 in the US hurry up before they’re gone.
