Two loaves of sourdough bread in the form of boules. One loaf on the upper left is quite dark and is a bit over baked due to high heat. The bottom right loaf appears to be baked correctly with nice blistering on the crust.
Weather cooled off so waking up the sourdough starter and fired a couple of boules. Apparently the oven is running hot as the first loaf on the upper left is a bit dark.
