I (well, my mods) enforce a break if I start complaining about things hurting, which is when I sit down and yap for a while until they let me go again, usually with a yelling at from in the room.

I actually use Steam Link, the Meta one has never played nice with my setup

I think I’m going to officially retire the Beat Saber streams. Between FBT deciding to entirely screw up when I get into LIV, and the aches and general damage to my body, it’s just not worth it any more.
