They don’t care that it’s like a slice to the system that’s almost impossible to recover from. They think it’s just a little bit uncomfortable & we can just bounce back & aren’t willing to understand anything different. Racism is a disease that’s killing us and it was fed with that word

I empathI’ve and wish accommodations could have been made to ensure his attendance. there had to be a way to make that an inclusive space. But also racism literally kills Black people. There are studies about the actual health impacts of dealing with it. So it’s not just a matter of understanding

There’s an entire study that was just released about how racism is killing us, and creates a number of health conditions. Why can’t people see it literally kills us
