I tried that and ended up turning it off again. The calls got more frequent for me with it on. Itโs letting them know they have a working number ๐ฉ I went back to just silencing them and filtering unknown numbers into their own little section lol

By working on the on the bosu ball you have built up stability and strength in your lower body as well as your core

For those who would like to try this safely i would recommend getting a bosu ball.
Keep one foot on the ball while in a lunge position. Then step up and raise your knee to a comfortable balance position. Repeat at least 30 times on each side
Increase the weight and reps
