Bless my friend em who came over last night just so I wouldn’t have to be alone during a thunderstorm. I’m afraid of wind and thunder now. Was so anxious Thursday I was afraid of having a heart attack. Shit is so fucking stupid and exhausting.

The tornados a couple weeks ago have triggered a really rough downward spiral of anxiety I haven’t felt in so long. Every night I convince myself I’m going to die of something new. The health anxiety is back, now I have anxiety over my house. I’ve never felt more alone. I’m really struggling.

I forget a lot of my trauma and sometimes my dad says shit and I’m like wow. That DID happen and you’re okay? Ish? Meanwhile I blacked that out apparently
