ok i was told nmh is neurocardiogenic syncope and i have it with pots. my body is weird and midodrine is making my head tingle.

it's so cool that the only papers i can find on NMH are from the 90s and early 2000s. i did see that many doctors call it a pots doppelganger...but they are not mutually exclusive and can occur together?

so i'll need to talk to my cardiologist more about this but basically i might have neurally mediated hypotension in tandem with pots? or the nmh ruled out pots entirely? idk my heart rate rose 30bpm while my blood pressure dropped and i fainted. still, both autonomic dysfunctions.

i did not last 5 minutes before passing out
