Something I miss about working on I am Dead is getting to do real world research (with a lowercase r). Going to little museums, reading Wikipedia pages on weird obscure stuff, nattering about stuff that interests you... and then getting to put it into a videogame: it's fun!

@hollowponds.bsky.social really nailed the "cozy" vibes with this game with some really clever puzzles. The story however is what really brings it together with an extremely kind and wholesome ending.

Hi Andy, there is no spoken dialogue in the game beyond some noises made by the characters when you speak to them, things like thinking noises or grumpy sounds so yeah, everything should be captured by the subtitles/dialogue UI.

A tabby cat with a white tummy sits on a bin looking down at a black cat sitting on the ground. They are hanging around the back of the kipper smoking shack in Shelmerston, which is a location in the videogame I am Dead.

This was a cute little puzzle game that I would highly suggest to anyone who enjoys cute art and wholesomeness!

super late to the party but i've been playing Flock and it's so lovely and beautiful and the most accurate depiction of bird-watching/identifying i've seen in a game yet !!

Every time I complete a season in Wilmot Works it Out, I unlock a new room to hang the completed puzzles in, and every time I scream inside, "NO! Wilmot! Do not become encumbered by material posessions!!"

what with me not being great at being online generally I almost missed this: Flock's OST was longlisted with a bunch of other sweet soundtracks for the world soundtrack awards!

This is a good bundle. These games are all delightful.

I really enjoyed Loot Rascals when I played it! Kind of rare to hear Scottish voices in games outside of historical fantasy which was a nice wee bonus. Unique art style and a great sense of humor.
