What's under my control?
What would I do if I trusted myself completely?
Will this matter in a year?
What if reputation didn't matter?
βThere is the source of fire, there is the fullness of energy. A man who is not on fire is nothing: he is ridiculous, he is two-dimensional. He must be on fire even if he does make a fool of himself. A flame must burn somewhere, otherwise no light shines; there is no warmth, nothing.β - Carl Jung

Authorship is when we decide we're going to focus on what we can control. And do something about it.
Victimhood is what we feel when we are hurt: it's their fault, why is this happening to me, I can't do this, why do I have to do this, why doesn't anyone care about me, the world is messed up, they shouldn't act that way.
The most powerful mental shift we can make is to go from victimhood to authorship. Over and over again.

It's a real question some people are facing right now, but it might be useful for us all to contemplate. We might be reminded how few possessions actually matter.
Each moment is wondrous, if we allow ourselves to be curious.

If you're overwhelmed by all the things you have to do, remember that there's only one thing on your list: the task in front of you right now.

I'm planning on:

2. Writing a book
3. Relaunching my membership program with a new focus
4. Reading a lot

Removing the door from the doing.
Letting the self fade into the background.
Blurring the boundaries between ourselves and everything else.
What would action be like, from this place?
When we're hurt, all of us feel like victims. It's human.
To shift out of the victim mindset:
* Let yourself feel the hurt
* See it as a part of your growth
* Take responsibility for your part
* Decide what you want to do next, to reclaim your authorship
