I picked Inside Out for family movie night. Idk why I do this to myself. I cried the most. Lol

I had therapy today. It's been months but I already feel so much lighter. Knowing there is a space for me to be and get support without having to give anything in return is so damn healing.

on what precedent did the judge allow this? was it thrown out?

My biggest pet peeve is when someone changes the meeting time without discussing it first.

Especially with therapy where the cancelation fee is more than the session fee.

I get Luteal insomnia. Sometimes I take half a unisom (over the counter) or i drink the hot chocolate mushroom powder from Ryze.

Baths, teas, no screens, light dimming, and stretches also help.

When city folk live in the country but don't want to deal with country things. They pay a lot of money to people who will.

I feel like I'm in a weird slump. Low energy. Slow moving. But I cleaned up my art space yesterday and sketched a commission I recieved.

So maybe I'm moving at the exact speed I need to be.

My daughter is 7.5 and she loves staying home. Slow mornings. Resting in the middle of the day. She is asking more and more to not go to school. Ive told her after she learns certain skills we can make that happen. She is motivated AF!

Is the trend in fiction right now to jam pack as much action as possible in 72 hrs? I find the MCs are running around without sleep or food. Plot twists after twists.

Sometimes it leaves me feeling exhausted and a bit traumatized.
