Great news that Granit Xhaka is fit again, his leadership is off-the-scale. Any team would miss a player of his quality. A blow though to lose Reinildo. One of the best full backs around, but a great opportunity now for Dennis Cirkin. Just hope we get news soon of a long term contract for him. #SAFC

The story of our season in that respect. Standard of commentating is terrible, almost as if we’re premier league imposters. It seems to be the other way round where the mags are concerned.

Shocked to hear about Kristjaan Speakman’s departure. He’s done a phenomenal job. Is it a case that the club’s continued evolution and progress has seen Florent Ghisolfi effectively move into the space that Speakman was occupying? #SAFC

Really disappointed to see Dan Neil leave. Let’s remember we are where we are because of him. He rejected leaving when the Chuckle Brothers were asset stripping the academy. He chose to stay and fight. A club legend. #SAFC

Excellent article James, but it’s so sad isn’t it. Can’t argue with what the club are achieving, but it does feel so brutal that one of the people who helped get us there is a victim of his own success. Not just Dan though, people behind the scenes have also moved on. The club can’t stand still.
