OH not to mention the workload and specialized jobs cuz like… I dislike cleaning but love cooking and the main reason I don’t is cuz I hate doing dishes afterwards. But if someone else would do the cleanup I would be more than willing to cook food for us. Cuz not everyone likes doing everything!

—homes that house multiple families that have 1 big kitchen, 1 big living space, and still give everyone their own room if they want their own space. Everything feels so disconnected now. You really have to go out a seek community anymore and in some areas it’s a lot harder to find

— and yard work and just everything while still being expected to work 40hr weeks or more. Our communities are already struggling to stay together as is but why did we shift away from communal living? Ik ik, politics and blah blah blah… but we outnumber those guys. What’s stopping us from having—

The more I think about it the more I realize how awful our systems are in the US/Western Culture and I’m not even talking politics. Like how we’re encouraged to live sure individualize lives and do EVERYTHING by ourselves or within our tiny households (in most cases) like cleaning and cooking—
