People forget MSNBC started as MSN News. I worked on it as a copy editor in scattered offices on the Microsoft campus, then we moved to a fancy new movie-set newsroom at Microsoft. We started getting visits by people like Tom Brokaw, and then Microsoft and NBC made the deal to start MSNBC.

Thanks for the summary. Making it a place for humans is everything. My one concern is the Browns stadium provided a focus for how people could use the waterfront. Without the obvious pedestrian focus of game days I worry the development may go in more vague/car-centric directions.

Could I ask where in the city this is? When restoring an 1872 building on E 25th near St Clair I watched our plumber scope our sewer line and I’ll never forget when the camera reached the grand, vaulted brick main sewer. Kinda looked like this.

Belted kingfisher, they like living near bodies of water in Ohio.

I’ve been having a kingfisher dive bomb me on my morning runs this month along the south side of Browns Stadium. She has a nest in the ginkgo trees and she does not want me there! She will peck me in the head if she has to! Cool little bird. I cross the street now.
