and all twisteda kinda become the partsxof themselves they hate / represent their thoughts and whatever its hard to explain

twisteds from death are the most messed up and usually are missing body parts n stuff, twisteds from trauma usually have messed up faces but can look similar to death ones too, and stress / emotion ones wear a extreme version of their emotions before twisting on their face

only one non-lethal survives which is jonathan, though he isnt doing very well and is on the verge of twisting. he helps with researching and eventually finds a way of helping twisteds (its easier to help ones who twisted from stress / emotions and hardest for deaths)

we dont know if twisteds can be changed or fixed but in my au they can in a painful process through the studying of lethal twisteds

lethals twist from extreme (usually negative) emotions too but are able to change back to their normal form afterwards

when toons twist its after death, extreme stress, or trauma (sometimes multiple of these) (technically in canon dw its just death + negative thoughts from what i can tell)
so they may not twist from death all the time but twisting basically makes them zombies / undead so yea

everyone except most of the lethals die in wanda's world but they get fixed in the end though it is a long and painful process
