When he talks about sufficiency zones, and autonomous communities, there is a resistance framework example: Gandhi’s small village republics. We should’ve already be building anticipating the risk our country was in when it elected Trump in 2015. That election was cliff, and we fell off.

Disengage doesn’t mean hide. It means don’t help the oppressor by playing into their game. Anyone pushing a 2A narrative needs be shut down. We can build AND resist at the same time. By creating shadow economics we also resist. Do obvious things, and while they look there, we do the quiet things.

Shahid Bolsen makes some very insightful points. There is much I don’t agree with, imo, his advice has to be carefully weighed, and his pov has much of the caustic qualities of the early Malcolm X, that said, there is wisdom to be gained from careful consideration.
