Image reads: There’s a reason I haven’t been posting much anymore. I started gatekeeping my practice. My mental health and abilities have thrived since then. Sure, I still talk to people about it, try to find like minded people, and can even show them around, but I stopped taking pictures of and recording my rituals, stopped trying to make my practice perfect enough for social media and others, and I stopped telling everyone the details. I have never felt better. I may still post on occasion and I will leave previous posts up, but no more nitty gritty, personal posts anymore. I am thriving in the shadows. Gatekeep your practice witches.

I still keep Jesus and Mother Mary around tbh! They are comforting and gentle aspects in my life.

In terms of the things like cleansing and purification, it’s similar to Florida water in that aspect. I actually mix a little Florida water with the blue añil, but definitely grab yourself a bottle of Florida water. It has many purposes, more than Bluesky will let me list here lol.

A mixture of sticky black frankincense and myrrh mixed by a mortar and pestle.

I’m making my frankincense and myrrh mixture, but I used sticky black frankincense instead of the normal frankincense I usually get and it lives up to its name! I was scrubbing my mortar and pestle for 30 minutes trying to get the leftovers off! 😮‍💨 Smells amazing tho!
