Labelling all GPs as money hungry, callous ghouls is hugely reductive and only plays into the government's narrative of bashing the NHS in favour of private investment, which is a huge part of the problem and will only worsen the situation for all if it continues.

Okay, I agree, that's a horrible experience you've had, and I know others do too.
There are also those that don't face that.
There are good and bad practitioners/professionals in any line of work. I'd argue the luck of the draw lies with a lack of investment

Yes it is, but it's also their investment in the practice.
I worked in a surgery that wasn't part of that model, in a small trust, and when I tell you I have never worked in such a mismanaged omnishambles before.
There are benefits and downsides to both for sure but the sector needs major investment

Blaming a current cohort for something that happened 70 years ago is a stretch.
Likewise we know that they are working within a system that is consistently being fucked over for our entire adult lives.
Not to discount your struggles but I think tarring all GPS with the same brush is a bit much
