I finally have my voice back! It does get raspy after some minuttes but I'm good! Anyway no longer need to take half my meds and cant finally sleep more than 3h a day! ~

Just a small update 💖
Hi flowers I know I've been offline a lot. I had a partial dislocation (subluxation) again in my shoulder. It's now week 2, it has settled and most of the pain is gone. 😄 The irritated muscles have calmed down too and I am feeling much better now.
