Chapter Six: Every Problem on Earth Comes from Attachment Teachings and meditations Lama Yeshe gave at a five-day meditation retreat.

Take movies, for example. Sometimes what you see on the screen makes you afraid; sometimes it makes you so sad that you cry. It’s not reality; it’s an illusion. Therefore it’s very important that you remain aware of how the people and things around you affect your mind. Check up.

Prayer to Prevent War Prayer for Peace by the Great Yogi Tang Tong Gyalpo

When the sentient beings of the time of quarrelling and five degenerations by the explosion of the great ocean of evil karma and jealousy are tormented by the intensive suffering of fighting and quarrelling, please dry this up by the power of transcendental wisdom and compassion.

Bodhicitta mind is when we are dedicated to developing the immeasurable power of our mind for the purpose of helping others. Our self-cherishing thought is the root of all human problems. It makes our lives difficult and miserable. Bodhicitta substitutes others for self. It creates space in your mind.
